Terms
The basic rules for this website and the TradesAnswer pilot.
Effective July 12, 2026. These terms cover use of this website. A written service agreement provided before a pilot begins will control the actual answering service.
Website information
The website explains an early-stage service for US home-service businesses. We try to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but website content is general information and not a promise of a specific business result.
Pilots and paid service
A pilot begins only after both sides confirm the scope, call rules, start date, and any required accounts. The standard pilot is 14 days unless a written founding-customer offer says 30 days. Paid service is month to month at the plan price confirmed before the pilot. You may cancel before the next billing date.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate business hours, services, prices, service areas, escalation contacts, booking rules, and safety instructions. You are responsible for reviewing test calls and telling us when those details change.
Limits
TradesAnswer is a call answering and scheduling service. It does not diagnose trade work, provide emergency services, make licensed decisions, or guarantee that a caller becomes a paying customer. Complex, unsafe, or unclear calls should be escalated under the rules agreed with the customer.
Availability
Phone carriers, hosting providers, calendars, messaging services, and other systems can fail. We work to restore service and communicate material problems, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-violating activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or access information that does not belong to you.
