Privacy
What we collect, why we need it, and how to ask us to remove it.
Effective July 12, 2026. This policy covers the TradesAnswer website and customer inquiry process. Service-specific call handling terms will be provided before a pilot begins.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form or email us, we may collect your name, company, trade, phone number, email address, and the message you send. We use this information to reply to your request and discuss a possible pilot.
Website information
Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Call information
If you become a pilot or customer, calls handled for your business may create recordings, transcripts, caller details, appointment details, and summaries. We use that information only to deliver, test, improve, and support the agreed answering service. You are responsible for any notices or consent required for call recording in the places where you operate.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, forms, telephony, calendars, messaging, and call handling. They receive only the information needed to perform their role and operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and removal
We keep inquiry information while we are discussing or providing the service and for reasonable business records. You may ask us to correct or delete information by emailing hello@tradesanswer.com. Legal or security obligations may require us to retain limited records.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
